Cute & Cozy House in Quiet Blue Ash Neighborhood

House is clean and well maintained. Not a big fan of the neighborhood but it was very quiet. Garage is very small ( maybe a Mini Cooper could fit ) plenty of parking area, however. Two bedrooms, bath and laundry on ground level, 3rd bedroom 2nd bath and living/dining/kitchen in upper level with plenty of covered porch area.

We were in town for a sporting event and this property was perfect for our stay. Easy to get to, close to our event, close to restaurants and a grocery store, and very clean and comfortable.

First time in Cincinnati and our stay was nothing but over the top. Loved the house. Communication was good. Even was greeted every morning by a family of deer. Overall stay 10000000/10

Clean home with comfortable beds and everything in good working order. Plenty of parking, and great access to the surrounding area. The neighborhood is very quiet and feels safe. Our stay was comfortable and the host is very responsive.The walls are a little thin, so light sleepers will probably want a noise machine to help with sleep. There is also a security light on the driveway that doesn’t like storms (turns on a lot from wind) so something to keep in mind if sensitive to light.Highly recommend this home as a great option for the area.
