Incredible New Construction home in Middletown, OH

Place is very comfortable,clean and close to everything . Price has went up from when we first started coming here .

The host ( Kyle ) was great the woman ( Audrey) was very unprofessional rude and wanting to help the property was clean beds were comfortable and nice furnished .After that there is a full kitchen with no cooking pots pans utensils when we arrived we had to wait hours 4 to be exact for them to bro g us something to cook breakfast ( there was nothing ) no hot pads nothing and as for the second day we went to use the dishwasher and it fell out of the cabinet onto my foot . I called host got ( Audrey ) whom proceeded to tell me that they arrived with the pots n utensils 1/2 hour after I called ??? And so sorry for the dishwasher anything else?? I was like excuse me she said that’s all o got for you I asked for a simple compensation because we had to go out and eat instead of cooking and then the dishwasher thing which bruised the top of my foot she was like no I m sorry that’s all I can offer so beware of the kitchen area and Audrey other than that the house was nice !!

We needed a place to stay for Miami University graduation weekend that would comfortably accommodate 4 of us plus one set of grandparents (6 people total). This modern, comfortable and clean house was a great home base. Though we were away on campus most of the time, this was a really nice place to come "home" to after 2 long days, relax, play cards or watch a movie and get a quiet night of sleep. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were appreciative of coffee pods and creamer waiting by the Keurig! The house has been completely renovated/upgraded to a fresh modern appeal, and we were so impressed with the carpentry skills here as every room featured pretty wall paneling or coffered ceiling details that added a lot of warmth and charm to the spaces. While the neighborhood isn't as modern as this adorable home, it was quiet and the view across the street to the river and parklands was pretty. If we had more time we would have taken advantage of the nearby walking/biking trail. Only a 35 minute scenic drive to Oxford or Dayton and maybe 15 to Hamilton, I would recommend this property to others. The host was very polite and responded to our questions quickly.
