Overall, very good. Just needs small maintenance repairs.
Positive: Clean, modern and close proximity to the things we wanted to do
Negative: Small things…patio screen door sticks, closet doors to laundry unhinged, controls for iron broken, no ironing board, August Smart lock digital key system didn’t work.
