5104 Peter's Cartridge Factory Loft

There were a few things we really enjoyed with this property and a few things that made it a 3.5.The code provided for the building entry did not work. I tried contacting the property manager, but their auto AI response system told me to try 2 other codes. I was finally let in by a resident. The apartment smells bad. Like a gym bag. I assume it’s from the dampness? We ran their dehumidifier in the main living room area nonstop and got some candles so it was better, but I don’t feel like we should have had to do that to tolerate staying. The dehumidifier needed emptied twice a day. There were 2 wine glasses in the cabinet. One of which had a long crack down the middle. We discarded that and went to the store so we could both enjoy a glass of wine. 3 bath towels and all of the wash cloths/towels under the sink in the master bathroom were wet. They definitely needed another round in the dryer. Since they were folded wet, they smelled as you would imagine. We followed the instructions for taking out the trash and were shocked at how disgusting that garage area is! There are pigeons literally everywhere! And the entire ground is covered in bird feces and feathers. I’ve never seen something like it. Lastly, the stove only has 2 working burners. If these issues were resolved, it honestly would be a pretty cool place. We enjoyed certain aspects - pet friendly, board games provided, brewery on site, bike trail on site, and proximity to the Mason and Kings Island areas.

Our stay at this loft was absolutely incredible from start to finish. The space is a perfect blend of modern luxury and cozy comfort, featuring gorgeous high ceilings, massive windows that let in beautiful natural light, and stylish, intentional decor. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay.The location was unbeatable, putting us right in the heart of everything while still offering a quiet, peaceful retreat to come home to at night. The host was wonderfully attentive, providing clear check-in instructions and excellent local recommendations. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will absolutely be booking this gem again the next time we are in town. Highly recommended!

Great property in a redeveloped historic factory. In addition to a cool post-industrial vibe, the loft is very clean, comfortable and well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Communication from our host was excellent - timely and just right. We stayed while attending the Cincinnati Open and the location could not have been any better for that venue, King's Island or TPC River's Bend. The loft is also adjacent to a great walking/bike path along the Little Miami River. Another bonus is Cartridge Brewing onsite - good food and drink just steps away. Thanks for a great stay. We'll be back.

Host was very helpful and communicative.

We stayed for 4 weeks, interim in between homes. The unit is very clean, safe, comfortable bed and being right on the bike trail is a bonus. Perfect place for a staycation or out of town visitors.
