Cul-de-sac home in safe Family-friendly community.

We were unable to stay at the property upon arrival due to its condition. The bedding was unlaundered, and reeked of BO, the home was unclean, and there were numerous stains on the furniture and carpeting. There was also a strong cigar odor throughout the home, cigarette smoke in the upstairs bedrooms, and a heavy wet dog odor in the downstairs bedroom. Because of these conditions, we left immediately.Several weeks have now passed, and we still have not received a refund despite being unable to occupy the property.We are currently staying at another property managed by the same company. While this property also has some cleanliness concerns, including stained carpeting and furniture, the odors are significantly less severe. Management has offered to have the property cleaned, and we appreciate that they are making an effort to address the issues. Although this property has its own shortcomings, it is nowhere near the condition of the first property, which was simply not habitable for us.
