30 Royal #1 New listing

We were 5 women .i stayed in downstairs king bed. The room was cold. We couD not adjust the temperature. The bedrooms upstairs are warm the downstairs was very cold . The hot water tank in kitchen made noise . The bathroom upstairs with 3 bedrooms had 1 small bathroom. The bathroom downstairs you could not use shower it was a whirlpool tub. The toilet downstairs wobbled and needs to be attached to floor. The couch in living room one side has collapsed coushion. On Saturday morning 630 am the united dairy store across street cut there grass for 1 hour woke everyone up. The kitchen was updated but the dinner plates in cabinet had gold trim we were Leary of using we did not want microwave to spark.the yard was unkept and the garbage can outside was full and never collected.

Overall great place to stay. I would have given a 10 if not for the parking instructions and that we were left about 1&# Positive: Very close to Renaissance festival Negative: Parking is a challenge and the parking instructions did not make sense. There is no way to park behind the property.

Great location with lots of room! Positive: Location was great! Easily fit what we needed! Keyless entry was cool! Negative: A curtain or partial door would have been nice for the bedroom on the first floor. Also a working shower on the first floor would have been helpful.
